Reports of this type of offer have been circulating for more than two years, but with a new GS on the road and a firm desire to attract enthusiasts, Lexus is back in the rumor mill. According to British magazine Autocar, insiders Lexus says "would love" to give the IS F M3-rivaling a big brother.
That's not confirmation, of course, and why not give a F like GS?
So the question remains: is unwilling or unable to give? Your guess is as good as ours.
"Buyers in the segment of large luxury cars are almost always men, and very rich - and can have almost anything they want when it comes to choosing your car," said Lexus Australia, Tony Cramb TMR at the opening of the new GS.
"Frankly, we struggled to attract that kind in the past, but this model and management style, we are very confident that will change all that."

Perhaps not all of it: the new GS is a good looking unit, but with only the V6 engine option, the M5, S6 and E 63 buyers are not going anywhere until you have at least two, or four , pots more under the hood of GS.
